All sales are final. Due to the nature of original artwork and digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
Each commissioned painting is a one-of-a-kind original created exclusively for you by Fred Barca. Because every commission is custom-made to your specifications, all commission payments are non-refundable.
Art journals listed on this site are sold through Amazon's KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) platform. Returns and refunds for Amazon purchases are handled directly by Amazon under their standard return policy. Fred Barca Art has no control over Amazon's refund processes.

Digital art bundles and downloadable products are delivered instantly upon purchase. All digital sales are final and non-refundable. Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," we do not issue refunds for downloaded products under any circumstances.
If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 48 hours and we will assist you in accessing your purchase.
Fine art prints and physical shop items are printed to order. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
Original artworks are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Fred Barca Art is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
We reserve the right to make exceptions at our sole discretion in cases of clear error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). Exceptions do not constitute a general refund policy and do not apply to orders where buyer preferences change after purchase.
